Boundary surveys
Boundary surveys are required when purchasing or selling properties. They define the legal boundary of the land and also highlights any easements that may pass across or within the property. The property and all features which affect the boundary are precisely measured and all the collected data is placed on a plan or chart. Boundary surveys and their associated plans are also used in cases of boundary disputes, encroachment resolution and property development.

These may be used is cases where the existing boundary survey is adequate and only a check is needed to confirm the details on the survey plan.
